Shipping Policy

Enjoy free shipping across the USA! As your product is custom-made, please allow up to 2 weeks for production. Once ready, we’ll promptly deliver your order and keep you updated with tracking details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. It must be returned within 30 days.

Please send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return & Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and it will be recreated and shipped within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

If you need to return your product, please send it back to Super Emblems.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Once we receive and approve your return, we will cover the shipping cost to send any replacement item back to you.

Delivery times for replacements may vary depending on your location.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
