Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. As every emblem is custom-made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for production. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped promptly and you will receive tracking information to follow your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a replacement.

Situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

・Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

・Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Replacement Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement request. If approved, your item will be recreated and shipped to you at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. However, once your return is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
